Terms of Service

By using Space Services (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Space Services publishes interactive articles on how AI models work and on space science, AI study tools (summaries, quizzes, flashcards, explanations, and an assistant), and a calm room with ambient video and music.

The Service is free. You do not need an account to read, study, or use the calm room. A free account lifts the daily question limit on the study tools. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, but the articles will remain free.

Summaries, quizzes, flashcards, explanations, and assistant replies are generated by AI models and can be wrong. Check anything important against the article and its sources, and do not rely on generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

The study tools have daily and monthly usage limits so they stay free for everyone. Do not try to get around them, for example by automating requests.

The content of the Service, including articles, visualizations, images, text, audio, and code, is owned by Space Services or its content suppliers. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires written permission.

The Space Services name, logo, and branding belong to Space Services. Space Services is committed to being free and accessible to everyone, so you may not use its name, logo, images, or branding for personal or commercial gain without written permission. That includes:

• Implying endorsement by or affiliation with Space Services.
• Selling merchandise or products featuring the name or logo.
• Creating derivative works that incorporate the branding.
• Presenting yourself as Space Services or an official representative.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission.
• Access the Service with automated systems in excess of normal use.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to make our content accurate, but it is for education and enjoyment, not professional medical, scientific, or therapeutic advice.

The calm room and meditation content are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified healthcare provider.

Space Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
