Cookie Policy
Last updated
The short version. We set a cookie only to keep you signed in or to remember a like, and none of ours are used for advertising. Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits, with Google's advertising features switched off, and YouTube sets its own in the calm room.
2Storage in your browser
Some settings are kept in your browser's local storage instead of cookies. They never leave your device:
- Your theme, study progress, and saved articles.
- A marker per article for 24 hours, so one read is counted once a day.
- Calm room settings: the last scene and station, the pomodoro timer, and where you placed the mini player.
- Whether the assistant's private mode is on.
3Managing cookies
You can view, delete, or block cookies in your browser's settings: in Chrome under Privacy and security, in Firefox under Privacy & Security, in Safari under Privacy, and in Edge under Cookies and site permissions. Clearing site data also clears local storage.
The site works with cookies blocked, except that you cannot stay signed in, and a like made while signed out cannot be undone later.
4Changes and contact
When this list changes, we update it here with a new date. See the privacy policy for how the data is used. Questions go to contact@spaceservices.org.
